For the 2017 model year Ford is introducing enhancements across its commercial van lineup that are designed to make the vehicles already well trusted by fleet and small business owners even more flexible!

Offering a whopping 64 configurations, Ford Transit’s best-in-class flexibility has helped it become America’s best-selling commercial van and a big seller in Canada too. Now, new optional features – from low-profile centre consoles to power running boards – are available to help customers tailor the Transit to fit their business needs seamlessly.

Some awesome new available options include Transit 350 regular-wheelbase van and chassis cab and cutaway with single rear wheel and 9,500-pound GVWR. Enhanced interior ergonomics and utility for new Transit 2017 Ford Transit is updated with a number of interior options motivated by customer feedback. A low-profile centre console option is available on all Transit vans for delivery drivers and others who require easy access to walk from the cab into the back of the vehicle.

Available heated driver and front passenger leather and cloth seats elevate the riding experience inside the 2017 Transit, accompanied by an updated audio system boasting four speakers with a tweeter and woofer. Visibility is improved in the cargo area with new standard LED lighting. Transit Connect also benefits from smart new technology upgrades including SYNC 3 with a 6.5-inch touch screen display and standard navigation in the Wagon Titanium model. SYNC 3 will be an available option on Transit Connect XLT and the Wagon XLT.
