I bought my 2013 Focus almost 6 years ago. I had a great experience buying the car. Ted, my salesman, listened to me and helped me refine my tastes into what I eventually bought. He never pushed anything on me and was good about getting answers to questions I had. At no point did I feel there was anything sneaky or underhanded going on. With the exception of my first set of winter tires, I have exclusively had my vehicle only to Ford for service. I took it to Oakridge for 3.5 years before I moved 2 hours away. The service department at Oakridge Ford is top notch. They're responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I do not recall ever having to wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle, either. (Bit of a sidebar here: I am not fond of my two local Ford dealers. So much so that I drove two hours one way back to Oakridge Ford for them to perform a full brake service). If that isn't a testimonial, I don't know what is.

Excellent customer experience. Easy to book an appointment, able to drop off my vehicle and utilize their shuttle service. Service was completed within the expected time frame at the cost quoted. I was contacted when the work was complete and their shuttle picked me up to return to the Ford dealership. Took advantage of redeeming benefits from their rewards program to reduce my bill. My car runs great and I am very happy with their service. The dealer utilized phone, e-mail, and text to co-ordinate all the activity. Great job!

Dennis gave outstanding service. From beginning to end he was a superb communicator, totally honest, and helped every step of the way. Dennis had a highly professional manner that made me feel comfortable with an expensive purchase, and clearly explained all aspects of the car and sale process. I had a few specific questions, and each time he got back to me over email rapidly and with a straightforward answer. No funny business here. I will be going back to Dennis for my next car, and will also recommend him to friends and family.

When I was searching to trade in my vehicle, I was addressed by very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I at no point felt pressured or taken advantage of, and when I was unsure they were very patient, and had no problems in explaining things in a way that I understood. Without dragging out the whole story. I took my fairly new car in today to get its first oil change. I wasn’t really due for awhile yet but since it was first oil change I thought I’d get it done a bit sooner. Service guy quoted me 48+taxes. But was later told the car requires semi synthetic oil. It was now going to cost 100$. I asked if they had drained the oil yet. At that price I’ll wait the 5k more I have on oil life. Service guy advises me the oil change had been done and they would honour original quoted price. That’s a stand up thing to do. They didn’t have to. They could have said sorry the car requires this oil. And it cost this much. But instead they chose to earn a new regular customer. Thank you Oakridge Ford John E
