Let me start by saying that I have purchased a brand new vehicle in the past (Mazda). This however, is the very first Ford I have EVER owned. I must say that I have never enjoyed purchasing a vehicle as much as I have this one. Besides the fact that my Ford Fusion Titanium is totally fanatastic (I absolutely LOVE IT!!), the Oakridge Ford Team that assisted me (Sales - Mike Alguire and Steve Sawruk and the Financial Services Manager, Jesse Bruder) were the greatest. They all made the entire experience a lot of fun, exciting and thoroughly enjoyable. They did everything they could to make sure that I was looked after by providing information when I had questions and offering suggestions or recommendations to make the entire experience one that I would be comfortable and extremely happy with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle, and I would definitely return if I was in a position where I needed or wanted a new vehicle. I was completely welcomed and made to feel at home when I arrived by your reception staff as well. We looked at buying a Ford Escape a few years ago but the service we received at the dealerships lead us to buying a Dodge Caravan. My family has bought Fords for years so I wanted to give it another chance and this experience has won me back. The dealership was friendly and I felt my salesman was honest. I have already given his business card to a few co-workers and have talked up the F-150 so much I think I deserve a commission. This is my first new vehicle purchase and if the service continues as it has I will definitely be back when it comes time for my next vehicle.

David Sharpe of Oakridge Ford in London earned my business because of many things but here are just a few.
1. David contacted me after I sent an email to the dealership asking if they had a specific car and colour. David took the initiative to contact me, answer all my questions and gave me a fair price on my trade.
2. Please note I live 200 miles away from this dealership and I wouldn't take the trouble to drive that far unless I felt I was being treated professionally! I tried to buy a Ford Mustang from another dealer but they only wanted to sell me what they had in stock, the salesperson at Edwards Ford in Kingston (where I live) told me the rear seats do not fold down in a Mustang. I left the dealer surprised but did some internet research and found that the rear seats do in fact fold down. I called David and not only did he tell me they do but emailed me pictures of the rear seats folded down on the specific car I was considering from his phone. I was impressed! Please note that the local dealer, Edwards Ford, to this date has not followed up with me. I find that unbelievable!
3. Oakridge Ford also delivered the car to my doorstep as promised which was trouble free.
4. Just the other day I received a letter from David again thanking me for the opportunity to do business.
BOTTOM LINE: You need more David Sharpe type people in your organization and more dealerships like Oakridge Ford. I owned a BMW in the past and while they are noted for customer service, David far surpassed their standards. Work ethic like that should not go unnoticed or unrewarded!
Just a quick note after the delivery of my son 's first car. You had the car he was looking for and, of course, he purchased. Luae was very cordial and friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. I negotiated the inclusion of used snows on rims. When I saw that new tires we delivered I was impressed. Under promise and over deliver really works. I am sure my son will return to Oakridge based on his experience with Luae. Truly professional.

Good Morning John,
I wanted to personally send you an email to let you know about the really great experience I had last week when I had to take my 2009 Ford Escape in to get looked at and for repairs.
It was Thursday April 11th. My husband picked me up from work. (Downtown - London Life) After he just drove from Thamesford from work. (Maple Leaf) As I approached our Escape I heard weird clicking noise coming from the hood that concerned me. I asked him if he heard it, and he didn't at the time. As we left to pick up our twin girls from Daycare near our place in White Oaks, it worried him that I heard this noise. Once we arrived at our sitters, he got out and then heard the noise. So he began to think, crap, it's Friday and god knows what the heck this is. So when we got home, I immediately called your service area to see if we can possibly get in to have it looked at. I knew it was a far fetch since it was 4pm on Friday. But after speaking to Bill and explaining the situation, he was honest with me, saying that they were behind that day, and closed at 6, but wanted me to come in and at least they could pop the hood to make sure it wasn't something dangerous and that we wouldn't be driving around doing more damage or not safe.
So I drove over in busy traffic from the White Oaks area. Greeted by Bill and Terek. Bill took a look and said thank god you came in because it wasn't safe to drive around for sure. He was great and I'm so happy he was honest as safety for my family is number 1. Terek was also great, set me up with a loaner right away and was extremely helpful. As for what the exact problem was, sorry, you might have to look that up...as I barely remember yesterday, having 2 small children, my brain drains farely quickly! hahaha
I called in Friday morning to provide my work number because I wouldn't be home for the call. I wanted to also let Terek know to please call me before anything is done that we would have to pay from our pocket. With 2 kids in daycare, we are on an extremely tight budget and would possibly have to wait on a non urgent fix. So Terek did call me back a few hours later, to let me know that there was more damage that they thought. Apparently our A/C under the vehicle, later I found out my husband hit a raccoon on his way into work last week...so there, that would do it. But anyway, we fixed the neccesary things and the things that could wait will wait. But I'm ever so grateful for the upfrontness (if that's even a word) that I got from your team.
We have had a few problems in the past, which I'm sure you know. You might recognize my husbands name. And when people have problems they are always quick to complain. But when something good happens no one ever sais anything. But this time we are.
I want to thank you and your team for great service and taking me in that Thursday when they really didn't have to. Thank you for having a loaner for us though Enterprise, which by the way, I dealt with Ben, and he was also a pleasure. What a friendly young guy and he was extremely helpful. Originally we were going to take the Ford Fiesta, but since I had 2 car seats and a stroller, he suggested the Fusion because there was more room and it would be better for us.
Sorry for the story, but I really wanted to let you know how grateful we are that your team took care of us so well. As well as Ben from Enterprise. Now that we have kids, time is everything, the quicker the better, and this visit to Oakridge Ford was deffinetely better and quicker!

I recently had my car serviced at your dealership and just wanted to send a quick note to let you know about my experience. After having had more than one poor experience with your service department, I decided to contact your Service Manager- Mark Rothbauer, and was pleasantly surprised at how well he dealt with my frustrations. He was very understanding and apologetic and went out of his way to ensure that my experience at the dealership was positive when I came back for service later in the week. He dealt with me directly and assured me that he was working on resolving the communication issues that still exist within the service area. Since my car needed to stay at the dealership for 2 days, I also really appreciated Mark's offer to give me a car to drive in the meantime.
I thanked Mark myself, but I thought I would also pass on this feedback to you.
